Refund policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered. We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind on digital goods that have already been accessed or downloaded.

That said, we want you to love what you bring home. If you run into a technical issue — a corrupted file, a missing design, or a download link that didn't work — please contact us at hello@courtsb.co within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement file or a refund.

If something isn't as expected, just reach out. We're a small studio and we read every message ourselves.
